The Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education (IVE) introduction

The Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education (IVE) was established by merging the two former Technical Colleges and seven former Technical Institutes. It provides alternative route of education for post-secondary 7, 5 and 3 students in Hong Kong and aims at becoming the leading provider of vocational education in the region.

The IVE courses cover nine academic disciplines including Applied Science; Business Administration; Child Education and Community Services; Construction; Design; Printing, Textiles and Clothing; Hotel, Service and Tourism Studies; Information Technology; Electrical and Electronic Engineering; and Mechanical, Manufacturing and Industrial Engineering. All these courses are run by the nine IVE campuses.

What is CRM?Customer relationship management (CRM) is a broad term that covers concepts used by companies to manage their relationships with customers, including the capture, storage and analysis of customer, vendor, partner, and internal process information.

客戶關係管理系統（CRM系統，或簡稱CRM）通常包含由每位顧客的基本資料及互動歷史記錄集合成的客戶群資料庫，而系統的使用者尚需使用資料挖掘以有效整理出有利用價值的資料，讓經授權的前線銷售人員、市場分析員、客戶服務主任等跟客戶交往時，可以參考CRM系統內的客戶記錄，以加強對彼此的了解，使服務更個人化。理想的 CRM 能提供有始有終的顧客服務，並能達成提昇顧客滿意度及顧客忠誠度之最終目的。

Mail merge technique

Mail merge is a feature supported by many word processors that enables you to generate form letters.

To use a mail-merge system, you first store a set of information, like a list of names and addresses, in one file.

In another file, you write a letter, subsituting special symbols in place of names and addresses(or whatever other information will come from the first file).

（一）自觉 直觉是我们察觉情绪记忆的能力，是自觉的一种能力，是与理智思考平行的情绪感觉。自觉情绪能力有3项，包括察觉自己的情绪对言行的影响；了解自己的资源、能力与局限，能正确自我评估；深信自己的价值和能力，肯定自己。
（二）自我规范 规范能力有五项：①自我控制干扰的情绪与冲动，在压力下仍能够思考清楚；②以真实可靠建立信任，承认自己的错误，勇于面对他人的不道德行为；③即使属于少数，也有良知，坚持原则，能信守承诺，对自己的目标负责；④ 从多种来源寻找新构想，以原创的方式解决问题，愿冒风险；⑥有适应力，对事情的看法要有弹性，随情况调整反应和策略。 （ 三）自我激励 当我们投入自己热爱的工作，挑战自己的能力时，就会进入神驰状态。这种浑然忘我就是工作时的最大激励。 激励情绪的能力包括：以成就作为驱动力，寻求资讯以降低不稳定性，不断改进；许下诺言，将自己和组织的远景结合，用团体的核心价值决策，牺牲自己以达成目标；主动抓住机会，订立超过别人要求的目标，并以不寻常的方式激励别人；保持乐观心态，因为希望成功，而不是害怕失败而行动，把失败视做可控制的情况，而不是个人失误。 （四）同理心 以同理心为基础的情绪能力包括：了解他人的感觉和观点，主动关心别人并加以协助；以服务为导向，预测、了解、达成顾客的需求；协助他人发展；善用多元资源；具有一定的政治敏感性，解读关键权力关系；了解影响客户、竞争者的因素。 （五）人际关系 人际技巧能力中，有5项是关于掌握情绪，3项关于团体运作的能力。前者包括具有影响力，善于倾听与沟通、冲突管理能力，并能领导伙伴，催化改变。团体运作包括建立关系、合作精神与团队能力。
